We strive to deliver products purchased from RuffnTumblekids in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

To determine the applicable shipping fees for the item in your Cart:

• Select Proceed to Checkout
• Select or add your Shipping Address, Save and Continue
• Select your shipping preference, the shipping cost will be displayed

Shipping Fees may vary depending on: Location and size/weight of the package.

Outside Lagos	Depends on DHL Shipping rates as calculated by package weight

 

Free Delivery within Nigeria on orders above 200,000 Naira.

Our Flat Shipping rate of 4,000 Naira applies only to Lagos deliveries as stated above. In some cases, the flat rate charge may slightly exceed actual shipping costs.

* Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

For International Orders, Standard shipping cost (within 2 kg) is stated on the Checkout page. If the package goes beyond 2kg, the additional amount will be paid by the Customer.

Delivery within Lagos takes up to 5 to 7 working hours.

Delivery outside Lagos takes up to 5 to 9 working days.

Delivery for International package will take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

Local (In-store) Pick-up
Customers within Lagos now have the option to pick up their packages in our store at Ikeja GRA, the Happiness Center. It goes without saying that you won’t be paying for shipping.

Please note that this only applies to our GRA store at the moment. We hope to make local pick-ups available in other states soonest. Please bear with us.
