Returns and Exchange

We want you to enjoy every product you get from us, but we understand that sometimes, you might have to return a product because it doesn’t quite fit. We’re happy to take it back and exchange it within a three (3)-days period if it meets the following criteria:

  • It is in good and sellable condition
  • It still has all the tags and is in its original packaging (shoes must be returned in the original box of purchase)
  • It is not stained, not worn and not damaged (Scuffed, dirty shoes or cereal stained clothes are a No-No ☹)
  • We’re unable to exchange discounted items (All sales items are on a final-sale basis)
  • It is within three (3) days from the day you received your package (I know we said this already).

 

How to return an item:

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly complete the following steps:

  • Ensure that there is no noise in your environment when you make the call to have good communication
