• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
• Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, ensuring the tape measure is snug but not tight.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips while standing with feet together.
• Inseam: Measure from the top of the inside leg down to the ankle bone.
• Height: Measure from the top of the head to the floor while standing straight without a shoe.
